Attorneys With Whom We Have Worked Schedule of Business Valuations
American Institute Of Certified Public Accountants Tennessee Society Of Certified Public Accountants Association Of Certified Fraud Examiners |
About Anne Anne began her professional career as a Registered Nurse and practiced nursing before the children came. During the children's early years, she joined Dave in the accounting business as a bookkeeper and tax preparer, working while the children were in school. That she has worked with the old goat for over fifteen years is a testimony to her calm, unflappable nature. There have been rumors of a possible sainthood, but most of the family discounts such rumors as unsubstantiated. Now Anne and Dave work together, conducting fraud investigations, valuing businesses, and providing litigation support. She still maintains her tax and bookkeeping skills, which are useful in forensic accounting areas. Anne received her nursing degree from the University of Tennessee, and has served over the years as President of the Board of Directors of Monroe Harding Children's home, as a member of the session of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tn, and on the finance committee of Hospital Hospitality House, and as Treasurer of Cedar Creek Yacht Club. |

About Abby Abby, born in 1997, joined Mensel, PC in 1998. Her early duties were nominal as her experience in the fraud, valuation, and litigation support fields was limited, and she had essentially zero education. The youngest and smallest of a large family, Abby learned at an early age that she would have to be tenacious if she was to survive. Over the last 10 years, Abby has learned to warn of the approach of any outsiders, which permits the rest of the staff to look appropriately productive by the time the visitor arrives. Abby also handles all firm security. Any prospective client that cannot pass the sniff and taste test will have a difficult time being accepted by the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, Abby has a fondness for cookies, candy, and other diverting tidbits, so we must be constantly on the lookout for attempts to suborn her loyalty. Several attempts have been made to hire Abby away from the Company. To date, however, no one has been able to top the exorbitant benefits package we currently provide her. |
